I’m someone who naturally says yes to new experiences and challenges. Whether I’m trying paddleboarding on the weekend or stepping into a complex project at work, I’m curious, adaptable, and energized by figuring things out. I ask questions, listen closely, and look for patterns that help connect ideas and move projects forward.

I enjoy taking scattered information, different perspectives, feedback, and competing priorities and turning them into communication that is clear, practical, and easy to understand. When things get busy or uncertain, I stay organized, bring steady energy, and create structure that helps teams stay aligned and keep moving.

A lot of what makes marketing communications successful happens long before anyone sees the final campaign. It’s the strategy sessions, audience research, competitive analysis, campaign planning, performance tracking, reporting, and collaboration that shape the work.

What I can share here is the work that made it into the world: the campaigns, content, and marketing communications experienced by customers, clients, and employees. Each piece represents the result of countless conversations, decisions, ideas, and iterations behind the scenes.

Warehouse Storage Shelves

From Word-of-Mouth to Digital Demand

Established a strong organic foundation by driving 5,000+ new website users in 8 months, helping transform content into a key driver of brand awareness and sales enablement.

For years, GWC Packaging grew almost entirely through referrals, door-to-door sales, and long-standing customer relationships. But as buying behavior changed, more customers were researching suppliers online before ever speaking with a salesperson. The company needed a digital presence, and sales enablement materials, that reflected who they really were, not just what they sold.

After talking with leadership and sales teams, one message came up repeatedly: customers chose GWC because of the people. Unlike many competitors, every customer worked directly with a dedicated account manager instead of being routed through a call center. That personal relationship was the company's biggest differentiator, but it wasn't showing up anywhere online or in the materials sales reps were bringing into customer conversations.

To change that, I helped shift the company's marketing from product-focused to people-focused. I developed sell sheets, sales enablement materials, customer case studies, blogs, videos, social content, and website content that highlighted the team's expertise and customer-first approach, and made sure every piece stayed consistent in voice and message across web, sales, and marketing touchpoints. I also supported the paid media team by developing brand assets and messaging to keep campaigns aligned with that same voice and value proposition. Alongside updates to the website, Google Business Profile, and search advertising, we built a more consistent brand experience across every customer touchpoint.

Over six months, those efforts contributed to more than 5,000 new website users, while giving both the sales and marketing teams stronger, more consistent collateral to educate prospects and support customer conversations.

Modern Dental Office

Like many multi-location healthcare organizations, Gold Coast Dental relied on each office to help represent the brand well both online and in person. While that local approach created strong community connections, it also meant patients often encountered different messaging, outdated information, or inconsistent experiences depending on which location they visited. The goal wasn't simply to attract more patients. It was to create a more consistent digital experience that made it easier for families to discover services, trust the brand, and schedule an appointment.

To better connect with prospective and existing patients, I managed digital marketing initiatives across email, social media, website content, and community campaigns. I developed content that educated patients about services, highlighted providers, promoted office locations, and supported seasonal initiatives. I also worked closely with regional managers to keep messaging aligned across all locations, monitored campaign performance to understand what was driving engagement, and used those insights to continually refine future campaigns.

Over the course of these efforts we generated more than 195 new patient leads, increased website engagement by 20%, and helped create a more consistent customer journey across each touchpoint. Beyond the results, the work established a stronger foundation for measuring campaign performance, improving communication between locations, and giving prospective patients a clearer, more connected experience from their first interaction through scheduling an appointment.
